 Toyota Car Dealership-Leed Silver. Conventional method of Cold Formed and Hot Rolled Steel framing using fiberglass batt insulation. Each project was larger than 20,000 square feet. Had they used STEP, it is estmated they could have saved many weeks in the construction schedule and also saved in their utility costs over the lifespan of ownership not to mention a higher comfort and productivity level. As a sidenote, STEP was not available at the time these projects were in design.
